We are delighted to have on board an excellent team of coaches to work with our players.
Whilst the programme is a team effort, each player will ultimately be assigned a coach who will be responsible for the management of their individual programme, under the guidance of the Badminton Head Coach.

Education is provided at Bisham Abbey along with accommodation for residential players. Players will be transported to and from their respective activities.
The daily timetable will include badminton, fitness and education. Players will be advised of weekly schedules in advance of September.
Non-resident players will be expected to arrive in time for warm-up in the morning, and leave before the evening meal.
The comprehensive badminton and fitness programme will include a combination of technical, tactical and mental work, co-ordination, speed, strength, endurance, injury prevention work and recovery.
The proposed anticipated weekly schedule runs from Monday to Friday. We would like parents to collect resident children on Friday afternoons, depending on tournament schedules, returning them to Bisham Abbey on Sunday evening. Staff will be available on Friday afternoons to discuss any issues that may have arisen during the week.
The programme is a commitment for 1 year but if it becomes clear that a player is not benefiting from being part of the programme then, in the best interests of the player, they will be allowed to leave with no penalties, although we will require one month’s notice in writing.
A tournament programme will be drawn up for each player with a schedule of tournaments recommended for their age/standard. Some of these tournaments will be academy staffed events and the expenses incurred for these tournaments will be the responsibility of the player/parents.
It must be emphasised that when playing tournaments and representing the Win Badminton Academy , players must maintain the highest standards of behaviour which are listed later in the document. If Win Badminton Academy players are competing against each other in a tournament, coaches will remain impartial and not give advice relevant to the other player for that particular match.
