Win Tennis Camp Application Form

Please use this form to apply for a place at any of the forthcoming Win Tennis Camps. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis, upon receipt of the stated fees.

Start by selecting the camp you wish to attend from the available list.
You may choose to apply online or download a pdf of the application form which you will need to print, complete and post to us.

If you choose to apply online, you will be asked to make your payment through PayPal.

Details will be given to you as you complete the process.

British Tennis Membership

By submitting this form you will also be signing up for FREE British Tennis Membership with the Lawn Tennis Association which qualifies you/your child for a number of great benefits such as a player rating.

All players will be taking part in fun competition during coaching sessions, the perfect way for a player to start on their competition journey, learning basic rules and scoring and how to enjoy the experience of competing with their friends. With a British Tennis Membership these matches can be recorded so players are recognised and rewarded for their participation.
