Win pastoral care - caring for the personal and social wellbeing of players

The Win Academy at Bisham Abbey provides full time training and full time residential facilities. Accommodation can be full or part time depending upon individual requirements.

We take huge pride in the care we take of our young players on site.

We employ a House Parent who lives in at Bisham Abbey and is responsible for the pastoral care and discipline of all our players while they are at Bisham Abbey. We also have a team of coaches who stay on site to assist in this role.

During term time they are on call 24 hours a day if a player feels unwell or requires assistance in any way. They are always available should the need arise.
