Win Bisham Talent ID Programme

Our Talent ID squads are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, from 5 till 7pm (excluding Bank Holidays) and every Saturday from 10am till noon.

Win Bisham Junior Development Programme

By invitation only, these squads are for players who have the potential to progress into the Junior Academy and are regularly competing in tournaments.

Sessions will assist in the long term athletic development of those involved, focusing very much on the 4 Performance factors ­ technical, tactical, physical and mental components of the game.

Mini Tennis at Westway Sports Centre

Win Westway Development Programmes

Schools outreach programme
These sessions are held in-school or at the Westway Sports Centre and are designed to introduce kids to the game of tennis whilst providing physical exercise. They also help us to identify future talent.

Basic entry level programme
“Pay and play” sessions for those just starting in the game which are the link between Westway, the community and the schools.

Mini Tennis programme
A colour coded programme where children progress by age group and as their skills increase, and consists of:
Mini Red - by invitation only, ages 5-8
Mini Orange - the next level, ages 8-9
Mini Green & Hard Ball - the top levels, ages 9-16

At each stage the Mini Tennis programme is split into 3 further levels - Beginner, Club and Development Performance:

Beginner
Self explanatory - introductory level for children who have the basic skill to strike the ball.

Club
Involves a more competitive structure, with tactical and technical teaching points.

Developmental Performance
These squads consist of the best players from all age groups who are also given a fitness programme and more difficult drills, and will play in LTA tournaments.

Academy programme
A full time programme for players who wish to take their game to an international level, with training twice daily and on-site education. There are also opportunities for part-time or “Access” academy players who are still in full-time school programmes but wish to progress their tennis on a veryserious level.
